Sustainable Investing

Resonance partners with asset developers and operators to build and run sustainable infrastructure, often servicing co-located industrial producers.

Securing funding for climate tech companies at the growth stage can be challenging. Venture capital and private equity are well capitalised but for companies looking to commercialise, capital markets are not well suited to support growth companies.

Resonance is a seasoned financial partner with the knowledge, experience and global network to address the growth capital gap.

Our funding model provides equity investments to accelerate the growth of companies looking to commercialise their business. We support companies entering new markets, developing manufacturing capabilities and scaling their workforce, ultimately creating value generation for shareholders in our investee companies.

Resonance has previously invested in mid-scale industrial assets. Either through owning the assets or providing an equity investment that adds no burden to the balance sheet of operating partners. Creating an alternative channel for growth through Design Build (DB), Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Design, Build Operate (DBO) revenues, to increase return–on-capital for shareholders.

By providing growth equity capital to accelerate the energy transition.

Businesses can expand their market reach, workforce and manufacturing capabilities.

Creating the opportunity to add value in a growing addressable market.

Investors gain access to responsible investment opportunities and high growth potential through trade sales or IPOs
